With the increase of speed, the yarn quality of automatic winding machine is still better than that of ordinary winding machine, such as unevenness of yarn, frequent yarn defects and loss of strength, but the quality is still better than that of ordinary winding machine as long as the process choice is appropriate.
In addition to the tension caused by the speed, the effect of the air ring and the friction of the yarn guide part during the winding, the tension device is also used to control the tension of the winding drum. The tension is adjusted according to the technological requirements, and the yarn tension is obtained according to the principle of friction braking. In view of the fact that the tension of small yarn unwinding in different positions is not equal, the tension constant compensation device is adopted in the automatic winder, which can be set by computer unified or grouped, driven by motor of tension disc, and actively rotated, and the tension disk is driven by motor, and the tension disc is driven by motor. The tension is adjusted automatically according to the testing information of tension sensor, and the tension difference between yarns is reduced.
