The normal air injection pressure is reduced to 0.02mpa. Increase the distance between the weft accumulator and the main nozzle to reduce the filling winding.

2.Measures to solve the problem of short weft
Adjust the weft insertion time, make the weft stop pin Angle 66 ° to 260 °; increase the gap between stopping pin and drum to 0.8mm; adjust weft accumulator control mode to 5.

3.Measures to solve the problem of hanging the yarn about 1cm from the cloth edge on the right side
Adjust the opening time is 290 °; extend the closing time of the auxiliary nozzle; adjust the Angle is 78 ° ~ 150 °, 102 ° ~ 178 °, 128 ° ~ 204 °, 154 ° ~ 230 °, 180 ° ~ 256 °, 192 ° ~ 268° . The height of the heald frame is adjusted from 72mm, 70mm, 68mm and 66mm to 74mm, 72mm, 70mm and 70mm.

After the above adjustment, the efficiency of slub yarn card is increased from 60% to 88.9%, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
