Improving the operation efficiency of cone winding machine
is a comprehensive index to measure whether to use winder scientifically. It can objectively reflect the quality of the yarn, whether the process parameters are reasonable, whether the workers'operation methods are correct, whether the equipment maintenance work is in place and so on. At present, in the use of winders in enterprises, due to the gap in the above aspects of work, it is reflected that there is a big gap in operational efficiency. The production efficiency of well-used enterprises'equipment reaches more than 90%. Generally, enterprises are between 80% and 85%. A few enterprises are only 70% or even lower, and the production efficiency of advanced and backward enterprises is about 20%. Therefore, the scientific use of automatic winder, first of all, to improve the production efficiency of equipment is an important link. It generally requires that the production efficiency of winder should reach more than 85%. But how to achieve this goal? According to the experience of many enterprises, the following tasks should be done well.
1. Improve yarn quality and increase yarn capacity
With fewer defects and good formation of yarn, looping can be reduced, broken ends can be reduced and operation rate can be improved when the automatic winder is unwinding.
2. Reasonable Setting and Optimizing Cleaning Curve
The setting of electronic clearing process parameters should conform to the following three principles: first, harmful yarn defects or foreign fibers should be detected and removed; second, few or no harmless yarn defects or foreign fibers should be removed by miscutting; third, the efficiency reduction caused by clearing should be kept to a minimum.
3. Strengthen the training of gearshift workers and correctly implement the operation methods
Because of the high technical content and fast running speed of cone winding machine, it is required that the shifter must be familiar with the performance of the machine and understand the operation essentials of each component correctly. Therefore, the shifter must undergo more than 20 hours of training before he takes up his post.
4. Control and Adjustment of Temperature and Humidity in Winding Workshop
In addition to controlling the spinning process, especially the moisture regain control points of cotton roll and roving, certain air exchange times and suitable temperature and humidity conditions should be maintained in winding process. The temperature should be controlled at 22 ℃~30 ℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled at 62%~72%.
5. Reasonable control of winder speed
The speed of cone winding machine is fast and the output is high, but it will increase feathers to a certain extent. Through experiments, on the basis of maintaining the key components of the yarn passage, the hairiness should be controlled at the lowest level, the winding speed should be properly increased, and the maximum production efficiency of the winder should be brought into play.
